Developing an architectural project in Turkey for foreign investors is a much smoother process than one might think — when working with the right team. For an international client, the process typically unfolds across four phases. Phase one is a remote initial consultation: information exchange on land, budget and program. Phase two is a digital conceptual design presentation: 3D visualizations, site plan, floor plans. Phase three is a physical site visit and approval meeting. Phase four is construction process monitoring and handover.
