Centro is a mixed-use project bringing housing and retail together in a single prestigious building within Adana's growing urban fabric. Two independent blocks meet on a shared base that works not merely as a ground-floor layout but as a social platform, gathering different user profiles around common open spaces. Organic lines spreading from the base across the volumes, softened corners and rhythmic vertical facade elements carry daylight into the interior in a controlled way while giving the building a dynamic expression. Floors that step back in tiers, walkable terraces and an open circulation network supported by outdoor stairs encourage movement and social interaction, while the courtyard framed by the blocks creates a sheltered microclimate within the dense urban fabric.
