Duo Office is a contemporary office building in Adana's Seyhan district, responding to changing work habits and the flexibility that today's business world demands. Built on modular design principles, it offers adaptable spatial organizations that suit businesses of different scales, balancing individual workspaces with shared amenity areas to support collaboration and productivity. Natural light and natural ventilation are among the core design inputs. Positioned within Seyhan's growing urban fabric, the project offers a holistic architectural proposal for contemporary work culture through its flexible spatial framework and user-centred, sustainable approach.
