Designed in Azerbaijan, this social housing settlement brings repeatable, modularly planned housing units together with wide green belts and pedestrian-focused squares that anchor the neighborhood. Stone — a defining material of the region's building culture — is reinterpreted through contemporary techniques, while pitched roofs reference the local housing memory. Sustainability is addressed at the settlement scale through rainwater management, recycling systems, and renewable energy infrastructure.
