Maxima

Maxima is a single residential tower rising within the dense urban fabric of Adana's Seyhan district, offering a compact, rational response to the contemporary demands of vertical living. The regular facade rhythm formed by repeating residential modules combines with a grid of horizontal bands and vertical structural axes to define the building's character, while setbacks and balcony voids add depth to the mass. The ground floor is treated as a permeable threshold between the public realm and the building, integrated with landscaped open space, while the surrounding greenery forms a natural buffer within the dense urban context. Built on a restrained architectural language of proportion, rhythm, repetition and scale, the project establishes a durable identity built to last.
