Mood T3

Located in Adana's Seyhan district, Mood T3 is a single residential tower rising within a dense urban fabric, offering a compact and rational approach that responds to the contemporary requirements of vertical living. The regular facade rhythm created by repeating residential modules combines with the mass's simple geometry to produce a strong and timeless architectural expression. Horizontal bands emphasizing the continuity of floor slabs and the grid system formed by vertical structural axes are the fundamental elements defining the building's character; setbacks, balcony voids and deep openings on the facade reduce the mass's monolithic effect, adding depth to the building envelope. The ground floor is treated to form a permeable threshold between the public realm and the building, while the tree cover surrounding it creates a natural buffer zone within the dense urban environment.
