Located in Adana's Seyhan district, MSF Business is a contemporary single-block office structure designed to establish a strong urban landmark at its site. The design is grounded in stacked volumes that differentiate through setbacks; floor-level cantilevers and terraces lighten the vertical mass of the building while offering social spaces connected to the open air. The structural system on the facade is treated as part of the architectural expression, with a rhythmic order of vertical and horizontal frames reinforcing corporate identity, while transparent surfaces paired with sun-breaking elements create a facade performance suited to Adana's climate. Sharp geometric transitions, strong cantilevers, and a framed crown element at the upper levels are the primary elements defining the building's silhouette.
