Nexus Prime

Nexus Prime is an exclusive lakeside villa compound overlooking Seyhan Lake in Bayramhacılı, Adana. The scheme comprises detached villas that balance pure white-rendered prismatic volumes against warm timber-clad bands and natural-stone garden walls; each villa carries the lake panorama into the heart of daily life through terraces that step toward the view, an infinity pool and fire-pit garden rooms. Expansive glazing dissolves the threshold between inside and out, while cantilevered upper floors and deep-shaded canopies temper the Anatolian summer sun. The masterplan preserves the existing olive and oak cover, weaving the villas into an organic landscape fabric that grants every plot an uninterrupted lake-to-horizon relationship.
