Located in Adana's Çukurova district, Nexus Regnum presents a cohesive living scheme of 14 villas that reinterprets a contemporary architectural language through a strong sense of material and form. Flowing precast eaves unify the volumes horizontally into a powerful silhouette, while timber sun-breakers on the facade form a functional layer responding to climatic comfort and privacy. The villas' terraces, deep eaves and semi-open living spaces soften the boundary between interior and landscape; precast elements at the chamfered corners emphasize the building's fluid geometry, while vertical timber louvers give the facade rhythm. With planting on the terraces, balcony gardens and ground-level green areas, landscape is treated as an inseparable part of the architectural concept.
