Comprising 15 villas set on a sloped site in Adana's Çukurova district, this residential project treats topography as the core input of its design. The staggered siting lets every unit balance views, privacy, and open-space use. An architectural language shaped by wide eaves, horizontal bands, and large openings carries living spaces outward through terraces formed by setbacks in the massing. Landscape treats the gaps between buildings as a system that sustains the settlement's spatial continuity.
