The Point

The Point is a mixed-use complex bringing retail, office and residential together at a lively urban focal point in Adana. A circular glass commercial volume and street-integrated workplaces at ground level form a public plaza, while offices in Blocks A, B and C along with 1+1 and 2+1 apartments above offer comfortable living. Designed around the principle of 'prestige and function', the project aims — with its fluid massing, green terraces and permeable ground floor — to become a new meeting point for the district: 'the point'.
