The Prestige

Located in the Gürselpaşa district along Adana's growth axes, Prestij Ofis is a high investment-potential commercial life center adapting to shifting urban dynamics. Designed on horizontal architectural principles, the building is conceived as two separate masses; the bridge element connecting them lends the project a strong architectural identity while the semi-open passage beneath it creates a shaded, permeable urban space. A facade defined by vertical rhythm and transparent surfaces gives the building a contemporary character while letting daylight reach interiors in a controlled way.
