Two independent office blocks meeting on a shared podium, the building proposes a layered spatial framework that integrates open areas rather than defining the workspace through enclosed volumes alone. Stepped massing establishes a permeable relationship between building and city, while walkable terraces at varying levels create alternative social and working spaces. The architectural language is shaped by horizontally continuous canopies and second-skin facade elements; rhythmic facade members provide solar control, depth, and shadow effects, giving the building a character that shifts throughout the day. The base linking the two blocks operates as a threshold uniting public uses and shared spaces, while green bands extending across the terraces anchor the building in its natural context.
